Welcome to Gatevia Points (GVP). These Rules explain how the Gatevia Points system works, how GVP can be earned, how rewards are calculated, and what rules apply to the use of GVP within Gatevia.io ("Gatevia").
By earning or using GVP, you acknowledge and accept these Rules. If you do not agree with them, please do not participate in the Gatevia Points system.
Gatevia Points (GVP) are loyalty and participation points provided by Gatevia to reward users for qualifying activity within the Gatevia ecosystem.
GVP are designed to encourage active and genuine use of Gatevia services and participation in the Gatevia community.
GVP are not a cryptocurrency, security, investment product, deposit, or guaranteed monetary asset.
GVP do not have a guaranteed cash value or exchange rate. Unless Gatevia specifically introduces a redemption option, GVP do not represent a claim for money or cryptocurrency.
Eligible users can currently earn GVP through several activities within Gatevia.
Available earning methods may include:
Only activity that meets the applicable GVP requirements will qualify for rewards.
Users can earn GVP by logging in to Gatevia and claiming the available daily reward.

After Day 7, the reward cycle starts again from Day 1.
The daily reward can normally be claimed once per eligible day.
Missing a daily claim may interrupt the current streak and cause the next reward cycle to start again according to the system rules.
Gatevia may apply technical or security checks before awarding a daily reward.
Users can earn:
1 GVP for every $10 of qualifying trading volume.
The current maximum trading reward is:
500 GVP per user per day.
Only trading volume recognized by Gatevia as qualifying activity is counted.
Cancelled, reversed, invalid, duplicated, artificial, or otherwise non-qualifying activity may be excluded from GVP calculations.
Trading volume does not automatically guarantee that GVP will be awarded if the relevant activity does not meet the applicable system requirements.
Users can earn:
1 GVP for qualifying mining activity.
The current maximum mining reward is:
100 GVP per user per day.
Mining activity must meet the requirements defined by Gatevia and the relevant mining system.
Invalid shares, rejected activity, duplicated records, abuse, or other non-qualifying activity may not generate GVP.
Gatevia may adjust mining reward calculations where necessary to reflect changes in the mining system or prevent abuse.
Users can earn:
1 GVP for qualifying staking activity.
The current maximum staking reward is:
100 GVP per user per day.
Only staking activity that meets the applicable Gatevia requirements qualifies for GVP.
Where a staking program has minimum amounts, lock-up periods, cooldown periods, or other conditions, those conditions may also apply to GVP eligibility.
Eligible deposits can generate GVP when the deposit meets the requirements of the Gatevia Points system.
The following cryptocurrencies are currently eligible for the higher deposit reward:
BTC, LTC, BCH, DOGE, USDT, USDC, BNB and ETH

1 GVP per qualifying deposit.
The current maximum deposit-related reward is:
100 GVP per user per day.
A deposit must be successfully processed and meet the applicable requirements before GVP can be awarded.
A deposit that is cancelled, reversed, invalid, duplicated, unsupported, or otherwise non-qualifying may not receive GVP.
Users can earn referral GVP equal to:
5% of the GVP earned by their referred users.
Referral rewards are generated when the referred user receives GVP from qualifying activities.
Simply registering a new user through a referral link does not automatically generate referral GVP.
Referral rewards are calculated from GVP actually awarded to the referred user and may be adjusted or reversed when the underlying GVP reward is later determined to be invalid.
Certain GVP earning methods have daily limits.

Daily Login and Referral rewards are handled separately according to their respective rules.
Daily limits are applied according to Gatevia's internal systems and may be subject to additional anti-abuse controls.
Gatevia may introduce, remove, increase, decrease, or otherwise modify individual limits in the future.
GVP are intended to reward genuine activity.
Not every action performed on Gatevia necessarily qualifies for GVP.
Gatevia may exclude activity that is:
Where necessary, Gatevia may wait for an activity to be confirmed before awarding GVP.
Users must not attempt to manipulate the Gatevia Points system or obtain GVP through methods that are not intended by Gatevia.
Prohibited activity includes, but is not limited to:
Gatevia may review suspicious activity and take appropriate action when necessary.
If GVP are awarded incorrectly, duplicated, generated because of a technical error, or obtained through prohibited activity, Gatevia may correct the affected balance or history.
This may include:
Gatevia may review both the individual activity and the wider account history when determining whether a reward was valid.
GVP balances and reward records are generated by Gatevia's systems.
Technical problems may occasionally result in incorrect calculations, duplicate rewards, missing rewards, or other unexpected results.
Gatevia reserves the right to correct such errors and restore the GVP system to the correct state.
A technical error does not create a permanent entitlement to an incorrect GVP balance.
Where practical, Gatevia may notify affected users of significant corrections.
The GVP balance displayed in a user's account represents the balance currently recorded by Gatevia's systems.
Users should review their GVP balance and activity history and contact Gatevia if they believe there is an error.
GVP history may include rewards, adjustments, reversals, referral rewards, or other system-related entries.
Gatevia may update historical records when necessary to correct technical errors, invalid rewards, or abusive activity.
Gatevia may introduce rewards or benefits that can be obtained using GVP.

Reward availability is not guaranteed.
Gatevia may define the required GVP amount, availability, quantity, eligibility requirements, redemption period, or other conditions for each reward.
Rewards may be changed, suspended, limited, replaced, or removed as the GVP system develops.
Holding GVP does not automatically create a right to any specific future reward.
GVP are loyalty and reward points.
GVP do not have a guaranteed monetary value, exchange rate, market price, or guaranteed redemption value.
Gatevia may offer specific redemption opportunities in the future, but no particular reward, conversion rate, or redemption option is guaranteed.
Users should not acquire or accumulate GVP on the assumption that GVP will have a particular future monetary value.
The Gatevia Points system may evolve over time.
Gatevia may modify:
Changes may be introduced for operational, technical, security, sustainability, fairness, or other legitimate reasons.
Material changes may be communicated through the Gatevia platform or other official Gatevia communication channels.
The latest published version of these Rules applies to the GVP system.
GVP are associated with the user's Gatevia account.
If an account is suspended, restricted, or terminated due to fraud, abuse, violation of Gatevia rules, or other applicable reasons, access to GVP and GVP-related functionality may also be affected.
Gatevia may review or adjust GVP associated with an account when prohibited or invalid activity is identified.
Gatevia does not guarantee that the GVP system will always be available without interruption.
GVP features may temporarily become unavailable due to:
Temporary unavailability does not create an entitlement to compensation or additional GVP.
If you believe that your GVP balance, reward, or activity history is incorrect, please contact Gatevia through the available support or community channels.
When reporting an issue, please provide enough information for Gatevia to identify the relevant account or activity.
Gatevia may request additional information when investigating a GVP-related issue.
The Gatevia Points system is intended to reward genuine participation and long-term use of Gatevia services.
These Rules are designed to explain the current operation of GVP in a clear and transparent way.
GVP reward amounts, limits, qualifying activities, and available benefits may change as the system develops.
The latest published version of these Rules replaces previous versions.
By continuing to earn or use GVP after updated Rules become effective, you accept the updated Rules.
